The Hawaii State Golf Association (HSGA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the integrity and traditions of the game of golf in Hawaii. HSGA is the official representative for the United States Golf Association (USGA) in the Aloha State. A primary objective of HSGA is to provide a reliable and accurate handicapping system for every golfer in Hawaii.
